Aron Marsh is The Classy Clarinet.
During the last week of May, 2003, the little injection-moulding company
where Aron worked, decided to close its doors for good. Aron was without
a job. While looking for another job, Aron passed the time playing his
clarinet for seniors around the Phoenix, Arizona valley. By September of
2003, Aron began to perform professionally and as of this writing (July,
2007) has logged over 600 professional performances.
Aron was born on the 4th of April, 1961. He began playing clarinet in the
7th grade. A few years out of high school, Aron began to develop his unique
clarinet style. Scores of Aron's fans claim that his clarinet is one of
the most relaxing, smooth, and enjoyable clarinets they have ever heard.
Aron's musical interests cover a wide spectrum of musical style. His father
was and is an accomplished operatic tenor that also loved the late country
legend, Hank Snow. Aron grew up listening to Puccini, Country, and of course--rock.
In high school Aron and some friends organized a rock band that they called
"Kamino." Aron played guitar. If anything, they were loud...and
really, what else matters to teenagers? High school friends also introduced
Aron to jazz, swing, and big-band. In college Aron fell in love with Broadway.
Aron has a tender and deep appreciation for the humble and meek things
of this earth. His clarinet echoes this sentiment. His music is...in a
word, Classy.
